Free trial

The free trial lasts 7 days and needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. When it ends, drafting pauses. Your drafts, voice and settings stay saved, and you can subscribe to the Standard plan whenever you like.

Monthly plans

You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't cut you off early. We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a billing period, with one exception:

• First-payment guarantee: if you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. This is limited to one refund per customer.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

Referral credits and trials

• If you joined through a friend's link, your free trial is 14 days instead of 7. It still needs no card.
• A half-price referral credit reduces one bill by 50%. Refunds of a discounted bill are for the amount you actually paid.
• If a referred friend's first payment is refunded or charged back within 30 days, the credit it earned for the person who referred them is removed.
• Referral credits have no cash value and aren't refunded when you cancel.

How to request a refund or cancel

Delivery of the service

Humanish is a digital subscription. Nothing is shipped. Access starts immediately after signup through an email login link.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing question, please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We can usually resolve it faster directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
