These are the terms for using Humanish. By using the service, you agree to them.

What Humanish does

Humanish finds posts to reply to on X and drafts replies and posts in your voice. It never posts for you. You always review, edit if you want, and send every reply and post yourself, by hand.

Acceptable use

You're responsible for everything you post, because you're the one who posts it. Don't use Humanish to:

• Spam, mass-reply, or post at a rate that would get a real account suspended.
• Harass, threaten, or target individuals.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Break X's own rules and terms of service.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

You own your content

You own the drafts, facts, and posts you create and approve through Humanish. We don't claim ownership of anything you write or post.

Drafts are suggestions, not guarantees

Every draft is a suggestion, generated with AI assistance. It can be wrong, out of date, or not quite right for the moment. You're responsible for reading each draft before you send it, and for anything you choose to post.

Service availability

We aim to keep Humanish available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Third-party services we depend on (like X's data, Anthropic, or Buffer) can also affect availability from time to time.

Referral program

Every account gets a personal referral link. When someone signs up through your link:

• They get a 14-day trial instead of the usual 7 days. No card is needed.
• You earn one half-price month once their first payment has gone through. Nothing is earned at signup or during their trial.
• Credits are banked, not stacked. At most one credit applies to any single bill, so no bill is ever more than 50% off. Extra credits carry over to your following bills.
• Limit: you can earn up to 6 credits in any 12-month period. Referrals beyond that are welcome but don't earn more credits. Each credit expires 12 months after it's earned.
• Who counts: a referred friend must be a new customer. You can't refer yourself, another account you control, or someone who has already had a Humanish account or trial. We check email address, X handle and payment card to enforce this.
• Reversals: if your friend's first payment is refunded or charged back within 30 days, the credit it earned is removed. If it was already used, the discount may be taken off a later bill.
• Fair use: we may cancel credits or suspend referrals in cases of abuse, such as fake accounts, stolen cards, or spam. Sharing your link publicly, on X or elsewhere, is fine, as long as it follows X's rules.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and end if your account is closed. We may change or end the program with notice; credits you've already earned stay valid until they expire.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the acceptable use rules above.

Limitation of liability

Humanish is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including anything you post based on a draft it generated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the effective date above.
